Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Lazybooks, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

1. Our commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing priority. We continually review our website and app to improve the experience for people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation and magnification.

2. What we do

We use semantic markup, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, visible focus states and keyboard-operable controls throughout our interfaces.

3. Known limitations

Some third-party content or older areas of the product may not yet fully meet our target standard. We're actively working to address these.

4. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us at info@lazybooks.co.uk. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to resolve issues promptly.
